Information you provide

When you use the valuation wizard, you may enter business details such as industry, location, revenue, owner benefit, assets, liabilities, and owner dependence. The preliminary snapshot is calculated in your browser. If you select “Analyze my X Factors with AI,” those entered details are sent to our server and an AI service provider to generate your analysis. Do not enter personal financial account numbers or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you submit. The contact form is processed by Formspree.

How information is used

We use submitted information to provide the requested analysis, respond to inquiries, maintain service security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent misuse. We do not offer payment checkout or document uploads on this preview.

Service providers and technical records

AI analysis requests are processed by a third-party AI service provider. Contact messages are processed by Formspree. Our hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. Providers handle information under their own applicable terms and policies.

Retention and security

We do not currently provide a saved valuation account or customer dashboard. Information submitted to service providers and routine hosting logs may be retained under their respective practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can review the preliminary snapshot without requesting AI analysis, and you can choose not to submit a contact message. For questions or requests concerning information you've submitted, email info@bookplusx.com.

Changes to this notice

We may update this policy as BOOK+X adds features. Material changes to how we handle business documents, payments, or accounts will be reflected here before those features launch.
